Our Mission & Focus

Founded in 2005, Siemens Planning provides reliable and efficient planning, permitting and land use consulting services to property owners, buyers, and sellers in Santa Barbara County and surrounding areas.

We obtain land use entitlements and discretionary approvals from local governmental agencies, and provide due diligence reports and feasibility studies to support land use decisions.

Siemens Planning also provides project management services and land use expertise to development teams comprised of architects, engineers, surveyors, and designers.
